The wood pallet making machine is used to make wood blocks/feet/log for pallets,which can be used in export standard pack.
Raw material such like wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood waste etc. Raw material need dried moisture<10%, uniform mixed with glue,then pressed as wood pallet block, beauty, uniform, without residues, good water proof(48hours without cracking in water, exposure without crack) . One machine can make two size blocks. Wood pallet block line include:Wood shaving machine or crusher,Dryer, glue mixer, wood block pallet machine, saw, block automatic cutting machine.
Function of Wood Pallet Making Machine:
The block can be made into with one hole in the center or without hole.The commpressed wood blocks making machines is made with high waterproof performance.They can be put into water for 48 hours without break.
